Terms & Conditions of Booking
On ArrivalVisitors are required to report to the Club Office before beginning the round.
Payment
Payment in full for the agreed green fees is required to be received on or before 14 days from the date of play. The Club reserves the right to cancel access to tee times if payment in full is not received withing the period stated.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations can be received for most groups up to 14 days from date of play without penalty.
Cancellations received 2-13 days from date of play will occur a 50% Cancellation fee.
Cancellations received 24 hours from date of play will occur a 75% Cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be received by email to gm@galwaygolf.com and cc’d info@galwaygolf.com.
Failure to cancel a booking
Total green fees will be held by the club should the booking not be cancelled.
Course Closed
In the event of course closure every effort will be made to accommodate a group on a different date.
Should an alternative date not be agreed then the green fees will be refunded within 14 days.
Booking Transfers
Bookings are transferable with the agreement of both parties.
Handicaps
This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies). Players without handicaps must be able to play to an equivalent standard.
Dress code
On the course | Neat, casual wear only permitted.
Not permitted - singlets, sports club jerseys, denim jeans, cargo pants, combats, tracksuit pants,
In the clubhouse | Neat casual wear must be worn at all times.
Payment Process
Euro currency is accepted through an on-line payment gateway or card payment over the phone. More details will be provided at time of booking.
